An open and equipped kitchen with large fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, espresso capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishes and household utensils. Dishwasher.
1 bathroom with shower, sink. Separate toilet.
Outside: complete garden furniture (1 table, 6 chairs and 2 deckchairs) on a semi-covered wooden terrace of 15m². 1 allocated parking space. Barbecue on request.
A deposit of 350 euros will be requested upon arrival (check or bank imprint). It will not be cashed and will serve as a security deposit for accommodation and cleaning.
We accept animals under these conditions, a dog up to 20 kg, excluding category 1 or 2 rate 7 € / day.
