La Casa Del Mar is a charming 70 m2 Spanish style holiday home with a nice panoramic view of Llorell beach, divided into 2 separate accommodations with private entrance.
This accommodation located on the upper floor, consists of 3 bedrooms:
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm).
- 1 bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm)
- 1 bedroom with 2 single bunk beds (90x200 cm).
Blankets, pillows, sheets and towels are provided. Beds made up.
Air conditioning, heating.
It is equipped with a sofa in the living room, TV, free wifi.
It has an equipped kitchen (hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge) with a sea view, a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, glasses, cutlery and cleaning utensils.
The accommodation is spacious, with a modern and warm decor, it gives access to a large terrace with sea view, equipped with synthetic grass on the floor, sun loungers, garden furniture and an electric barbecue.
For reasons of time, hygiene and respect, it is requested to throw the rubbish in the available containers and to leave the house tidy, as well as dishes and kitchen utensils.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
Accessible by stairs on foot, 1 free car per accommodation, parking area nearby.
Pets are accepted under these conditions, one pet weighing less than 20 kg at a cost of 7 € per day.
A security deposit of 350 euros will be requested on arrival (bank card). This deposit will not be charged and will be used as a deposit for accommodation and cleaning.
